These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of UnitConvertor ("the App"), a mobile application available on the Apple App Store, developed and operated by Sarfaraj Sakhirani, an individual developer based in India ("we," "us," "our," or "Licensor"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App regardless of their country of residence. UnitConvertor is a general-purpose utility application suitable for all ages and may be used freely for learning, study, work, and everyday use.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

UnitConvertor provides the conversion, calculation, and related utility functionality described in its App Store product page listing, including but not limited to unit conversion, currency conversion, and built-in calculator tools. All core conversions and calculations are performed locally on your device.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all results are free of errors. The App is intended for general informational and convenience purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any results before relying on them in any professional, academic, financial, medical, health-related, or safety-critical context. Any health- or fitness-related calculations provided in the App (such as BMI or hydration estimates) are general estimates only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.
All content, design, graphics, source code, trademarks, and other elements within the App are the intellectual property of the Licensor or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk and discretion.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of the Licensor.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content, and for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of any HealthKit or similar framework, where applicable.
You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App, or your possession and use of the App, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Licensor, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. The App is made available through the Apple App Store, and your use of the App is also subject to the applicable Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for Apple's services, policies, or any issues arising from the App Store platform itself.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You further agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users, to us, or to the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, regardless of your country of residence or the country from which you access or use the App. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the App.
